Recommended Adhesive (glues) for Admired LVT PRO Vinyl Plank Flooring:
The following Hardset Adhesives can be used for installing Admired LVT PRO and Standard LVT plank flooring:
- Nexus 870
- MJS Enviro 2012
The following Universal Adhesives can only be used on the condition that the LVT PRO planks are laid in while the adhesive is STILL WET (within the manufacturer’s open time), AKA “Wet method” NOT the “Pressure Sensitive method” where the adhesive is allowed to tack off :
- Roberts R2000
- Mapei VS90
- RLA 265
- Mapei Ultrabond V4 Evolution
- Uzin KE 2000 S
- Dunlop Vinyl Adhesive
- MJS Max Bond Enviro 4000
- Nexus 880
- Ardex AF 171
NOTE: Universal Adhesives can be used with LVT PRO range but NOT our Standard LVT range (refer to the next section for Standard LVT adhesives).
The following adhesives are NOT recommended for LVT PRO planks :
- Pressure-sensitive (PS) adhesives
- Long tack adhesives
- Monsta Tac All In One Vinyl Adhesive
Recommended Adhesive (glues) for Admired LVT (Standard) Vinyl Plank Flooring:
Only the following Hardset Adhesives are recommended for installing Admired LVT plank flooring:
- Nexus 870
- MJS Enviro 2012
The following adhesives are NOT recommended:
- Pressure-sensitive (PS) adhesives
- Universal, Hybrid, All-In-One adhesives or any adhesive that has pressure-sensitive qualities
- Long tack adhesives
- Dunlop Vinyl Adhesive
- MJS Max Bond Enviro 4000
- Nexus 880
- Mapei VS90
- Mapei Ultrabond V4 Evolution
- Roberts R2000
- Uzin KE 2000 S
- Monsta Tac All In One Vinyl Adhesive
Recommended Floor Trims for Hybrid Flooring
The following waterproof colour matched trims are available from the place of purchase of your Admired Flooring:
- Scotias (solid so can be secured with pin/nail gun or adhesive)
- Flush bullnose stair nosings (requires polyurethane flexible sealant adhesive to secure the joint)
- T-trims (for expansion gaps or level floor transitions)
- L-trims (end trims, same purpose as C-trims/channels).
Metal trims can also be purchased from (click on either link for your nearest store):

- 5mm metal trims C-channel,
- 5mm metal H-trims,
- 5mm stair nosings.
AFS also has 6.5mm Senior End trims available.

Trim Colour Matching for each Product colour
- Twilight Grey = Matt Silver (AFS) or Silver (MJS)
- Rustic = Bronze (AFS) or Matt Champagne (MJS)
- Dune = Bronze (AFS) or Matt Champagne (MJS)
- Sawn Oak = Bronze (AFS) or Matt Champagne (MJS)
- Vintage = Bronze (AFS) or Matt Bronze (MJS)
WARRANTY
Admired Flooring warrants the structure and integrity of the Vinyl Planks (Hybrid & LVT), but can not cover installation and the sub-floor which is beyond our control. If the installation and maintenance procedures are not in accordance with current Australian Standard AS1884 and as outlined below, this can affect the warranty cover of the Admired Flooring.
